Visit of El-Jadida

El Jadida has preserved the old Portuguese fortress (Mazagan), a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A walk inside its walls (sixteenth century), destroyed before some bastions are reconstructed (nineteenth century), and the visit of the Portuguese cistern are a must. You can also walk on sand beaches, Haouzia or south to Sidi Bouzid. And a beautiful view of El Jadida, especially at night when it is illuminated with thousands of lights, go to the end of the pier jutting into the sea.
